Who we are
COPI Studio is a property styling and home staging design company, established by property developers who understand quality, affordability and service. Created from a desire to style, stage and market our own developed properties, we now offer our knowledge and experience to other property developers, homeowners, investors and landlords. When working with COPI Studio, you can rest assured that the same quality and attention to detail we apply to our own projects, will go into styling and staging your property. At COPI Studio, we treat every property as if it were our own.
What we do
COPI Studio offers showhome staging services designed specifically to assist property owners gain the maximum from their property; whether it be for residential, offices or student housing. Staging your property is a quick and effective way of enhancing its presentation to get the maximum return on your investment. This service is ideal for developers and private clients looking for a cost effective way to showcase their property at its best.
Attention to detail is paramount. Each project is individually tailored to the brief and budget in order to maximise your investment. We can provide as little as carefully curated accessories to lift a property and existing furnishings, to full furnishing including everything from furniture and artwork to accessories & kitchen utensils.
Services
Staging and Showhomes: We offer services for all kinds of project, from small apartments to large development projects. We curate from our stock of vintage and new Scandinavian furnishings aiming to optimise the space and bring the Copi Studio aesthetic.
Interior fittings: We ship fittings packages including kitchens, flooring, handles and panelling for renovation projects and developments looking to achieve a Scandinavian finish.
Furniture: We act as distributor in the UK for several Danish design companies (Interior and exterior furniture) as well as produce accessories in our own and client's brand.
The Group
COPI Group is a development company based out of Copenhagen, Denmark. Our portfolio spans renovation of heritage buildings, new builds and student housing.
2017 saw the completion of 17 projects totalling 69´100 sq metres of construction including, the renovation of Copenhagen’s last palace - Holsteins Palace; a new build “New York loft style” apartment complex, and student housing. Our portfolio since 2003 has purchased and sold for DKK 1.4 bln.
At COPI Group we are specialized in investing and developing classical – often heritage protected – central Copenhagen properties, and converting these from commercial to residential. Such developments require the creation of custom made fittings such as: door handles, paneling, historical paint colours and kitchens for these historical buildings. Each project has its own storytelling, why we put in the selection of materials and design style great emphasis on creating aesthetic experiences that match the history of each property. Simultaneously it is important for us to create functional supplies that meet the demands of the modern consumer
for functionality and design.
